With over 20 years of experience in healthcare design and having won 3 prestigious Pinders Healthcare Design Awards. Chris’s main experience has been in designing care homes and care villages for the elderly. Chris has gained a knowledge second to none in designing for the elderly care sector.
Gwilym McGivern
Senior Architect
Gwilym has over 10 years of
experience working on the design and delivery of complex projects throughout the UK and Australia. He now heads up TDC Architects Melbourne office and works closely with clients and design teams to ensure projects are designed effectively across all stages of development.
Gwilym brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude to all projects and enjoys providing design solutions to resolve problems and deliver outstanding schemes.
Outside of the design studio Gwilym enjoys adventure travel, most sports and catching the sunset with a cold beer or two!
Richard Bailey
Director
Richard is an award winning architect with extensive expertise both internationally and domestic with over 15 years of experience within the elderly care sector.
