With over 20 years of experience in healthcare design and having won 2 prestigious Pinders Healthcare Design Awards. Chris’s main experience has been in designing care homes and care villages for the elderly. Chris has gained a knowledge second to none in designing for the elderley care sector.

Gwilym McGivern

Senior Architect

Gwilym is an enthusiastic and motivated member of the TDC team.  Having both worked in Austrilia and the UK Gwilym is familiar to solving problems and providing design solutions.

Gwilym is also an advocate of BIM and iis leading the progression into full collaboration of building modeling and design.

Richard Bailey

Director

Richard is an award winning architect with extensive expertise both internationally and domestic with over 12 years of experience within the elderley care sector.

Leo Ali

Architecture assistant (Part II)

Leonardo graduated from the University of Kent with a RIBA Part II MArch in Architecture following his bachelors degree. Having previously worked on medium and large-scale healthcare and residential architectural projects, he brings his knowledge and skills to TDC Architects as an Architectural Assistant.

Tom has reciently joined TDC Architects following gaining his Masters in Architecture (RIBA Part 2) from the University of Lincoln.  Tom has previously worked in Architectural Practices within the Sports, retail, education and retirement villages sectors and brings with him a welth of knowledge and enthusiasm for cutting edge design.

Andrew has been involved in the world of commercial interior design for ovr 30 years.  Andrew loves the challenge of bringing together all the different elements and materials with consideration for lighting, and spatial awareness.  With a speciality in hospitality, retail and healthcare.
